ParksGo is transforming the UK park home and leisure industry by connecting customers with trusted contractors through an innovative online platform. Alongside ParksGo, the JMP Group operates across transport, abnormal loads, escort vehicles, siting and related services.
As our businesses continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and highly motivated Personal Assistant to support senior management and help keep multiple fast-paced businesses running smoothly.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional PA role. You'll become a trusted right-hand person, managing diaries, coordinating projects, handling communications and helping ensure that priorities stay on track.
You'll need to be calm under pressure, highly organised and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, appointments and meetings.
Organise travel and accommodation.
Answer and prioritise emails, phone calls and correspondence.
Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
Coordinate projects and monitor deadlines.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist with social media and marketing where required.
Support recruitment and onboarding.
Help organise business events and meetings.
Carry out research and administrative tasks.
Handle confidential information professionally.
Identify ways to improve efficiency and business processes.
Essential Skills
Excellent organisational skills.
Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
High level of attention to detail.
Professional and confident manner.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable Skills
Experience supporting senior management or directors.
Knowledge of transport, logistics or the park home industry.
Social media and marketing experience.
CRM or project management software experience.
Event planning experience.
