As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leading the office team, supporting care staff, maintaining excellent care standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and best practice.
- Lead, support, and develop the office-based team.
- Oversee care planning and ensure person-centred care is delivered.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure safe staffing levels.
- Conduct client assessments and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements where required.
- Prepare for and manage CQC inspections and audits.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges in a proactive and effective manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care or care home setting.
- A proven track record of improving and maintaining good or outstanding service ratings.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, audits, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing office-based staff.
- Experience overseeing care plans.
- Experience managing staff rotas and workforce planning.
- A resilient, solution-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client assessments.

- Competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, with flexibility depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday working pattern with flexible hours available.
- 28 days' annual leave.
- Optional on-call rota with an additional £100 per weekend.
