Parts Advisor
Salary: Up to £32.5k basic DOE (£40k OTE)
Hours: 42 hrs (Mon-Fri only, no weekends/bank holidays)
Location: Great Dunmow, Essex

Essential Requirements
- 12+ months of experience within an Automotive Parts Department.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Sales-focused with a strong track record in customer service.
The Role
- Manage the parts desk (phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries) for Warranty, Retail, and Trade sales.
- Collate and distribute parts to technicians daily.
- Utilise parts catalogue systems, manage stock control and returns, and handle general administration.
