Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and clarity
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks following established recipes and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to serve and connect with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage handling
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for handling payments, tips, and change accurately
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and serve guests promptly
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
