Experienced Bartender / Server
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and professional Bartender/Server to join our busy hospitality team.
This role is best suited to someone who is confident working under pressure, comfortable handling a high volume of customers, and able to maintain excellent service standards during busy periods.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in busy, high-volume restaurants, bars or similar hospitality venues is essential.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide guests with clear information about food, drinks and menu options
- Manage multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the bar, tables and service areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitor guest satisfaction and deal professionally with any issues
- Work closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house colleagues
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven Bartender/Server experience
- Previous experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant or bar
- Ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during very busy services
- Strong knowledge of drinks and basic bar service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident taking orders and managing several tables at the same time
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and busy service periods
- Good spoken English
Preferred
- Experience using restaurant POS systems
- Cocktail and wine knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-paced independent restaurant
- Knowledge of food allergies and dietary requirements
