⸻ The Role We are looking for a Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering great coffee, maintaining smooth service, and creating a positive experience for every guest.
⸻ Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee (espresso-based & filter) to a high standard Deliver friendly, professional customer service Take orders and handle payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café Assist with food prep (pastries, sandwiches, etc.) Restock supplies and support daily opening/closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
⸻ Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and well-presented Barista experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
