Work When It Suits You
Hope Care Service Agency is looking for Female Bank Care Assistants to join our growing bank team.
This role is ideal if you already work, study, have family commitments or simply want the flexibility to pick up additional care shifts when you’re available.
There are no guaranteed weekly hours. When additional shifts become available due to sickness, annual leave, increased client needs or new care packages, they will be offered to our bank team.
If you’re available, you can put yourself forward.
If you’re not, there’s no obligation to accept that particular shift.
How Our Bank Works
We want to keep it simple.
When we have care available, we’ll send the opportunity to suitable members of our bank team.
For example:
Saturday 7:00am–2:00pm – CheltenhamSunday 2:00pm–8:00pm – CheltenhamFull-day cover available tomorrow
Bank staff can respond if they would like the work, and shifts will then be allocated based on availability, suitability and client needs.
This gives you the opportunity to earn additional income without committing to a fixed weekly rota.
Shifts Available
Bank opportunities may include:
- Morning care runs
- Evening care runs
- Weekend work
- Full-day availability
- Short-notice sickness cover
- Annual leave cover
- Additional hours when client needs increase
We are particularly interested in applicants who can provide morning, evening and/or weekend availability.

About Hope Care

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the client, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication support and prompts
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting mobility
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Supporting clients with their daily routines
- Light household tasks
- Completing accurate care records
- Reporting concerns or changes in wellbeing
Above all, you’ll help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- Kind, compassionate and respectful
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Confident working independently in the community
- Good communicators
- Able to respond reliably when they accept a shift
- Interested in picking up additional care work on a regular basis
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. Full training can be provided for applicants with the right attitude and values.
Driving Is Essential
Due to the locations of our clients, applicants must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to their own vehicle for work
