Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems and keeping everything organised?
Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional Customer Service & Operations Advisor to join our team.
This is a varied support role, helping our Customer Service and Logistics team manage the practical arrangements behind our workshops.
You’ll speak with schools about timings and how their day will work, respond to queries, liaise with workshop facilitators and help ensure everything runs smoothly.

From African Drumming, Dance and Circus Skills to Animal Encounters, Birds of Prey, Chinese Dragon Dance and much more, we create memorable experiences that children never forget.

What you’ll be doing
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email.
- Liaising with schools about timings and workshop arrangements.
- Helping schools understand how their workshop day will run.
- Managing expectations and finding solutions to problems.
- Communicating with workshop facilitators and supporting positive working relationships.
- Following up outstanding payments with schools.
- Supporting the wider team with administration and the daily running of the office.
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A calm, friendly and enthusiastic telephone manner.
- Excellent written communication, grammar and spelling.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A professional approach to customer service.
- Confidence solving problems and managing expectations.
- The ability to communicate professionally when following up payments.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
- The ability to work well as part of a busy team.
