Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operation Supervisor to lead our daily logistics and delivery operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of deliveries, manage team performance, and ensure smooth operational workflows. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- NIGHT TIME: 10AM - 6AM
- Supervise warehouse operative delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of order
- Coordinate with warehouse staff
- Monitor operational activities to uphold safety protocols and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and order accuracy

- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, incidents, and operational reports
- Support onboarding and training for new team members to promote a cohesive work environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, operations management, or a supervisory role within a delivery or warehouse setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations
- Proficiency in using operational software or route planning tools is a plus
