Millar's fillers your local sandwich and coffee shop, are looking for a new person to Join our vibrant team, as a Part-time Team Assistant/Barista. {training will be provided)
Your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face behind the counter, preparing and serving delicious beverages and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will help maintain a smooth operation, making each customer's experience memorable. This position offers part time hours, perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience while balancing other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
- Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling light snacks and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in accordance with health regulations
- Manage cash register operations accuratelly
- Practice excellent time management to ensure prompt service
Experience
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a lively setting

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
