Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as Dermalogica skin treatments, waxing, massage, eye treatments, manicure and pedicure with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on beauty treatments, homecare product recommendations, and personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Ensure all treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene according to health regulations and salon presentation to salon guidelines
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout each session
- Promote retail products effectively by educating clients on their benefits and usage to enhance their beauty routines
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress for future reference
- Maintain a caring and positive attitude that encourages repeat bookings and builds lasting client relationships
Skills
- Proficiency in beauty and skin treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in English
- Strong communication skills to explain treatments confidently, listen attentively to client needs and speak to people on the telephone
- Knowledge of skincare products, tools, and current beauty trends
- Ability to work efficiently to commercially acceptable standards while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine passion to deliver good results for our client base
- Flexibility to adapt to different client requests and evolving beauty standards
