Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacy team with pre-registration processes, including data entry and documentation of prescriptions
- Support medication dispensing activities under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Help manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medicines according to protocols
- Provide excellent patient service by answering queries and guiding patients on medication usage when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions in compliance with legal standards
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your knowledge of pharmacy procedures, medication management, and patient care
Skills
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or related healthcare role is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain meticulous records

- Eligibility Requirements:
- ✔ Eligible to undertake a UK apprenticeship programme
- ✔ Must have a valid UK visa with the right to work, or have lived in the UK continuously for a minimum of 3 years
- ✔ Minimum GCSE in English and Maths
- ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✔ Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
- ✔ Able to work effectively as part of a team
