Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator in our Salisbury office. This role is paying £27,000 to £40,000 OTE depending on experience.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
- Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
- Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prospecting for new business and forging new relationships
- Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations

- Experience in Sales or Customer Service beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- Strong customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
