Must have general property maintenance skills and be capable of maintaining a portfolio of properties, including carrying out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repair work.
Applicants must be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently. The role requires good time management and organisational skills, the ability to follow security procedures, and the physical ability to move equipment and materials when required.
A full UK driving licence is essential. Applicants with their own van and tools are preferred. Pay will be between £12.71 and £18.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
