We have an exciting opportunity for a Full time Cook to join our busy team at Elm Tree Farm Garden Nursery & Tea Room.
Working in our established Tea Room, you will help prepare and serve food for our customers in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Our Tea Room is extremely busy and open 7 days a week, so we are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Hours
Working 5 days including 1 day on the weekend (approx. 40 hours)
Duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
- Assisting with kitchen prep and service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during busy periods
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous kitchen/cooking experience
- Be organised, reliable and hardworking
- Be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Be passionate about producing quality food and service
