We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in various styling techniques, coupled with strong customer service skills, will contribute to an outstanding salon experience.
Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Perform barbering services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.
- Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application when needed.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is preferred.
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus.
- A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.
