Duties

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and store policies
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays for optimal appeal
- Handle customer inquiries promptly via face-to-face interactions or over the phone
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by building relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Use IT systems efficiently to process transactions, update records, and track sales performance
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positively and close deals effectively
- Valid driving license preferred for supporting delivery or store visits as needed
- Proven experience in B2B sales or retail customer service environments
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in IT systems including point-of-sale software and basic office applications
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Outstanding organizational skills for maintaining stock levels, displays, and documentation
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
