Location: Neasden (near Wembley Stadium), London NW10
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Plus occasional paid overtime)
Salary: £30,000 starting rate – Depending on Experience

The Role
This is a varied role combining precise in-house production with professional on-site installations. While your primary focus will be vinyl application, you will also play a key part in general sign fitting and graphics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- In-House Production: Cutting, weeding, laminating, trimming, and mounting vinyl graphics.
- Vehicle & Board Graphics: Applying printed and cut vinyl onto a wide range of vehicles and signboards.
- On-Site Installation: Fitting signage and architectural graphics onto shopfronts, hoardings, glass, and walls.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operating vinyl sign-making equipment and hot-roll laminators (full training provided on specific machinery).
What We Are Looking For (Essential Criteria)
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional signage environment.
- Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is strictly required for site visits.
- Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English to follow brief specifications and interact with clients.
- Attention to Detail: A flawless finish is critical; you must have a sharp eye for alignment, bubbles, and weeding.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under your own initiative or as part of a team.
- Flexibility: A strong work ethic with the willingness to do occasional overtime to meet critical client deadlines.
