We are a Desi gastro pub in Hagley and are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Experienced Bar Staff (minimum 2+ years bar experience required)
- Floor Staff & Table Runners (experience required)
Our venue combines the atmosphere of a traditional pub with bold Indian cuisine and a vibrant drinks menu. We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently
- Prepare drinks and pour quality pints
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Run food from the kitchen to tables efficiently
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the restaurant and bar
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
- Deliver excellent service during busy periods
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
Skills & Experience
- Bar staff must have at least 2 years of bar experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Interest in Indian cuisine or Desi food is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
