About the Role
As part of our expanding multi-site business, we are offering an exciting new opportunity for a Picker / Sorter / Tire Grader.
This vital role keeps our recycling operations flowing smoothly. You will examine incoming tyres, assess and grade them based on condition, size, and type, and direct them into the correct processing streams.

Responsibilities
- You will examine incoming tyres,following all safety protocols.
- Assess and grade them based on condition, size, and type
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks, handling tyres and related materials with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supporting operational needs as required.
- Adhere to all site safety rules at all times, reporting any potential dangers observed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
- Previous experience in maintenance or tyre-related work is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and Integrity are a must

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
