This is an exciting opportunity for an L&OD professional to join a high-performing People & Organisation Development function and play a key role in shaping learning, development and organisational culture across the business.

About the role
As Learning & Organisation Development Specialist, you will design, develop and deliver a range of learning and organisation development interventions aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives.
You'll be responsible for scoping, creating and embedding high-quality, measurable L&OD solutions that have a positive and sustainable impact across the organisation.
The role is varied and offers the opportunity to work across both digital and face-to-face learning, using modern facilitation techniques, technology and content creation tools to deliver an excellent learning experience.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the wider People & OD function and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You'll also collaborate with teams including ICT and Internal Communications to ensure learning initiatives are engaging, accessible and effective.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning and organisation development interventions.
- Scope learning requirements and translate business needs into effective development solutions.
- Create high-quality digital and physical learning content.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using modern learning techniques.
- Evaluate learning interventions and use feedback and insight to continually improve them.
- Support organisational change and contribute to building and embedding a positive workplace culture.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to stakeholders on learning and development matters.
- Build effective relationships across the organisation, including with People & OD, ICT and Internal Communications.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the organisation's learning offering.
About you
We're looking for an experienced Learning & Organisation Development professional with a strong understanding of workplace learning and organisational development practices.
You'll ideally have experience of:
- Designing and delivering a range of learning interventions.
- Creating engaging digital learning content and resources.
- Facilitating training for a variety of audiences.
- Supporting organisational change and cultural development.
- Working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
- Evaluating learning and using feedback to improve future interventions.
- Using technology and content creation tools to enhance the learner experience.
You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Most importantly, you'll be a credible and approachable team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for helping people learn, develop and succeed.

You'll join a welcoming and high-performing People & Organisation Development team, working alongside experienced L&OD professionals and an L&OD Coordinator.
