An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Field Supervisor to join our home care team in Rochdale on a permanent full time or part time basis.
Homecare For You is a specialist provider of high quality home care services. We are looking for a kind and compassionate person who is interested in care for the elderly and vulnerable service users, in their own homes.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant / Care Worker is essential as you will be supervising a team of care workers. You must be computer literate and have experience writing care plans and risk assessments. Previous experience of working as a supervisor is preferred but not essential. All training needs will be provided for you, including the opportunity to gaining a higher level diploma in Health and Social Care.

- To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- To be computer literate, and confident with Windows and MS Office
- To be able carry out assessments and write support plans
- To be a driver (with your own transport)
