Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout guest areas, hallways, and public spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal with efficiency and care.
- Support guest check-in and check-out processes by assisting front desk staff as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Follow established safety protocols and hotel policies to uphold a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the hotel meet high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Janitorial experience is highly valued, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
