About The Role
As a Quality Coordinator at our Scunthorpe Plant, you will play a key role in ensuring the products we deliver consistently meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with production and warehouse teams, you will support quality activities across the manufacturing process, helping to identify issues, drive improvements, and maintain compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
You will conduct process audits, complete product and process inspections, and ensure key quality documentation remains accurate and up to date. The role involves issuing and managing quality-related documentation and approvals, supporting containment activities, maintaining quality alerts, and responding to customer quality concerns when required.
You will work alongside colleagues across multiple departments to support product launches, improvement projects, investigations and corrective actions. In addition, you will assist with measurement studies, calibration activities, master sample maintenance and quality reporting, while helping to educate and support operational teams on product quality requirements and best practice.
About You
You will be a proactive and self-motivated individual with previous experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. You are comfortable working under pressure, managing priorities and building positive relationships across different teams and functions. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to influence others and promote high quality standards.
You will be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office applications. Experience within automotive or FMCG manufacturing environments, along with gauge knowledge and DTI experience, would be advantageous.
