The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchase, delivering a first-class buying experience while helping them find the right finance and protection products to suit their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting high-quality sales enquiries into vehicle sales.
- Building trust and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Presenting finance and optional products in a professional and compliant manner.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Following up leads and maintaining excellent customer communication.
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Representing the Whoop Cars brand with professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, although exceptional sales professionals from other industries will also be considered.
- A confident, motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
