About the Role
Asil Oto Market UK supplies automotive parts, vehicle accessories and related products through online retail and distribution channels. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day management and continued growth of our online sales platforms.
You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, coordinating promotional activity, improving website content and monitoring online sales performance. You will work closely with purchasing, warehouse, customer service and marketing teams to ensure that products are presented accurately and customer orders are supported efficiently.
This role is suitable for an organised and commercially aware e-commerce professional who understands online retail, product data and digital customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listings: Create, update and optimise product listings across the company website and approved online marketplaces.
Product Information: Maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, compatibility details, images and stock information.
Website Merchandising: Organise products, categories, promotional banners and featured collections to improve product discovery and online conversion.
Order Monitoring: Review online orders and coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve fulfilment, stock or delivery concerns.
Promotional Campaigns: Support seasonal promotions, discount activity, product launches and online sales campaigns.
Marketplace Management: Maintain product content, pricing and account standards across third-party e-commerce platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track online revenue, conversion rates, average order value, website traffic and product performance.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales and campaign reports with clear observations and recommendations.
Search Optimisation: Improve product titles, descriptions, metadata and category content to increase organic search visibility.
Inventory Coordination: Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to monitor stock availability and prevent inaccurate online inventory information.
Customer Experience: Review online customer journeys and recommend improvements to navigation, product information, checkout and post-purchase communication.
Competitor Monitoring: Research competitor pricing, product ranges, promotions and online merchandising activity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, customer service and external digital partners to support e-commerce priorities.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital merchandising or marketplace management.
E-commerce Knowledge: Good understanding of online product listings, customer journeys, promotions, conversion and order fulfilment.
Product Management: Experience maintaining large product catalogues, pricing information, images and technical product details.
Commercial Awareness: Ability to recognise sales opportunities and understand the relationship between pricing, availability and customer demand.
Analytical Skills: Confidence working with sales reports, web analytics and e-commerce performance indicators.
Content Skills: Ability to prepare clear, accurate and persuasive product descriptions and promotional content.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple listings, campaigns, deadlines and product updates simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy when entering product data, checking prices and publishing online content.
Systems Knowledge: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, spreadsheets and online marketplace tools.
Communication: Ability to work effectively with warehouse, purchasing, marketing and customer service teams.
Automotive Interest: Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories or vehicle compatibility is preferred but not essential.
Mindset: Proactive, dependable and focused on improving online sales performance and customer experience.
Pay: £2,500.00-£2,600.00 per month
