The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our Property Department's pre-launch team. You'll manage your own caseload of properties from instruction through to going live on the market, co-ordinating all pre-launch marketing material and liaising closely with clients throughout the process to ensure every property is presented and launched to the highest standard.
Key Duties
- Arranging pre-sale appraisal appointments
- Co-ordinating all pre-launch marketing material, including instructing Home Report surveys and photography appointments
- Managing ID and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements for clients
- Pulling together sales brochures
- Sending draft marketing and legal documents to clients for approval
- Putting properties live on the portals, including ESPC
About You
- Ideally around two years’ experience in a similar administrative role within the local property profession, at an Estate Agent
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident liaising with clients and managing your own caseload
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused manner
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple properties at different stages simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
