Join a Growing Independent Property Company
Jackson Taylor Property Group is a modern, dual family-run property business specialising in Residential Lettings, Block Management, Serviced Accommodation and Property Renovations across Lancashire.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, organised and motivated individual to become a key part of our team.
This is much more than an administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and helping shape the future of a growing business.
If you're currently working in lettings, estate agency or property management and feel like you've reached a ceiling, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to step into a role where your experience will be valued, your ideas listened to, and your contribution recognised as we continue to grow.
The Role
This is a varied role combining office-based property management with regular time spent out on the road visiting properties and meeting clients.
You'll split your time between managing the day-to-day operation of the office and carrying out property-related appointments across our portfolio. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both administration and being out in the field.
- Residential lettings administration and property management
- Serviced accommodation management
- Block management administration
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and renovation projects
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Completing inventories and check-in/check-out appointments
- Conducting property viewings when required
- Meeting landlords, tenants, leaseholders and contractors
- Compliance and tenancy administration
- Managing diaries, property records and office systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service
- Helping drive the continued growth of the business
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Important – Independent Working
This role involves working independently from our Morecambe office for multiple days each week.
Whilst you'll always have support from the wider team when needed, you'll often be responsible for managing the office, prioritising your workload and making day-to-day decisions without someone working alongside you.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, is confident managing their own time and takes pride in being organised and proactive.
If you prefer constant supervision or a busy office with colleagues around you throughout the day, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
About You
Ideally you'll have experience in one or more of the following (desirable but not essential):
- Residential Lettings
- Estate Agency
- Property Management
- Block Management
You'll also be:
- Organised and self-motivated
- Able to work confidently on your own initiative
- Professional and personable
- Comfortable speaking with landlords, tenants and contractors
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and various property software
- Commercially minded and interested in helping grow a business
A full UK driving licence would be required.
Be Rewarded for Helping Us Grow
We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the long-term success of the business.
If you introduce new landlords or management opportunities, you'll receive an uncapped monthly percentage of the management commission generated from that business.
Unlike many agencies, this isn't a one-off referral bonus. As long as the client remains with us, you'll continue to benefit from the recurring income they generate.
The more the business grows, the more you earn.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary depending on experience
- Uncapped recurring business growth commission
- Genuine opportunities for career progression
- A supportive, family feel working environment
- A varied role with real responsibility
- The opportunity to play a key role in the future growth of an ambitious independent property company
If you're looking for a role where your experience will be valued, your ideas will be listened to and your success will be rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
