We’re looking for motivated, people-focused colleagues to join this exciting programme as Employment Specialists on a fixed term basis (dependent on funding)
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coaching experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile partnership programme.

Work one-to-one with participants to identify strengths, set goals and build confidence

Support individuals with CVs, job applications and interview preparation

Build relationships with local employers to create job and training opportunities

Provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support

A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their potential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Gain a recognised Level 3 qualification in employability / employment support (delivered through The BUSY Group)

Develop specialist job-coaching and employability skills
