Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical labourer/improver to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, providing vital temporary electrical and plumbing services within the construction industry.
Location: Office located in North Bristol and working on various sites across the South West.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of our onsite teams, supporting the Electricians with the installation of temporary electrical and plumbing systems, on various sites throughout the south west.
- Basic installation tasks such as drill and fix, fit glands, label circuits, terminate cable where allowed, plumbing pipework and lagging.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety practice at all times. follow RAMS, wear correct PPE, complete pre-start checks, and report near misses.
- Site preparation and housekeeping unload deliveries, organise materials, maintain clear, hazard-free work areas.
- Maintain positive working relationships with main contractors and all site personnel to ensure smooth collaboration and great customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- ECS/CSCS card in date.
- Previous construction site experience.
- To be able to attain satisfactory clearance of Enhanced Level 1 Security Vetting.
- A current clean driving licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience of temporary site electrical installation. For the right candidate similar experience and willingness to learn would mean this isn’t essential.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing.
Please note: This role may involve working in prisons; therefore, employment is subject to satisfactory clearance of Enhanced Level 1 Security Vetting. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a thorough background check as part of the recruitment process.
