Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product displays
- Support team members during busy periods by taking on general duties such as cleaning or restocking
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety standards is advantageous but training will be provided

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
