We are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic person to help lead our Chelmsford team. Self discipline, reliability and honesty are essential qualities we expect of any possible applicant. Also a very strong desire to progress into management is beneficial.
As a Supervisor you will work along side the company management to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store in the Managers absence and maintaining the stores operations during opening hours.
This role serves to prepare the candidate for potential Management positions in the future as we are a multi-site operator.
A sales background is very advantageous, the role will require the purchasing and selling of various stock items through face to face and digital transactions. Due to this any candidates with experience of online market places again is very advantageous.
