We have an opening in our Saffron Walden store for a highly enthusiastic Sales Adviser to join our flooring department.
The ideal candidate will be sales focused and have excellent customer communication skills with:
- A positive attitude and motivation to achieve target sales
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotations
- The ability to engage with customers both in store and in their homes
- A full clean driving licence
- Experience in sales (advantageous for those with a flooring background, though full training will be provided)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting customers in store
- Visiting customers’ homes and take measurements
- Preparing comprehensive and accurate quotations using our in-house computerised estimating system
- Taking orders in person and over the phone
- Maximising add-on sales
- Using the company sales programme to process and progress orders. Full training will be given on our company systems and procedures.
- Maintaining showroom standards, keeping the department tidy and appealing
