Supervisor at NOTTO Pasta Bars, Piccadilly
NOTTO Pasta Bars is a fast casual Italian concept founded by Michelin starred chef Phil Howard, with sites across Piccadilly, Covent Garden and Broadgate. We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Piccadilly team, full time.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll support the General Manager in leading day to day service, keeping standards high across the floor and ensuring every guest has a great experience. You'll help train and motivate the team, oversee opening and closing procedures, and step up to run shifts when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leading role within a fast paced restaurant environment
- A hands on approach with a passion for great food and great service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team under pressure
