Dental Scotland, Glasgow, Bridge St one of the largest and fastest growing dental chains in the country, is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our practice, where you will play a key part in boosting the practice reputation and meeting KPIs. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented team of dental professionals to ensure the smooth running of the practice and provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring the practice diary is organised efficiently.
- Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with dentists and other team members to ensure the best possible care is provided to patients.
- Handle patient enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and prepare invoices, ensuring the smooth running of the practice's financial processes.
- Maintain the practice's reputation by delivering excellent customer service and adhering to industry standards.
- Work with the team to drive revenue in the practice and meet KPIs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a dental receptionist, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Familiar with dental CRM e.g SFD
- Hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to use practice management software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Passionate and motivated to drive revenue in the practice.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and treatments would be an advantage.
Hours:
- 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
