CAOTIC Piercing Studio is looking for an experienced and passionate Body Piercer to join our growing studio in the heart of Brick Lane, London.
We specialise in high-quality body piercing using verified Implant Grade Titanium jewellery, offering a professional, welcoming and customer-focused experience for every client.
Due to a recent vacancy, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team and start as soon as possible.
About The Role
You will be responsible for providing professional piercing services, jewellery changes, consultations, ear curations, aftercare advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, maintains the highest hygiene standards and is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their piercing journey.
Responsibilities
- Performing safe and professional needle piercings
- Jewellery changes and downsizes
- Supporting clients with jewellery selection
- Providing clear aftercare advice
- Preparing and maintaining sterile work areas
- Cleaning and maintaining the studio
- Supporting stock organisation and counts
- Operating the booking and POS systems
- Delivering friendly, confident customer care
- Following all CAOTIC procedures and safety standards
What we need
- Professional needle-piercing experience
- Ideally 2+ years’ studio experience, although strong candidates with less experience will be considered
- Confidence working with blade needles (preferably)
- Understanding of sterile setup and cross-contamination prevention
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional, friendly and calm with clients
- Flexible regarding the rota
- Available on weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- Portfolio and professional references
Nice to have
- Bloodborne Pathogens certification
- First Aid certification
- Implant-grade titanium experience
- Jewellery styling or ear-curation experience
- Experience with disposable tools
- Experience with a broad range of ear, facial and body piercings

Hours
- Part-time / Full-time / Flexible days
- Approximately 24h+ to 40h per week.
- Weekend availability is essential
- Additional hours available as the studio continues to grow.
Pay
£16–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
