About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join us in a job-share capacity, leading our CQC-registered domiciliary care service. You'll share leadership of a team delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care to people in their own homes with real scope to shape how the service grows.

- Acting as Registered Manager with CQC, ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
- Preparing for and managing CQC inspections, and embedding the five Key Lines of Enquiry — Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-Led — into everyday practice
- Sharing responsibility as Safeguarding Lead, ensuring concerns are identified and escalated appropriately
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of care staff
- Building relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and hospital discharge teams to bring in new, appropriate care packages
- Working closely with your job-share partner to ensure seamless handovers and shared accountability for the service

- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, the Care Act 2014, and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Comfortable working with care management IT systems (e-MAR, care planning, rostering)
- A collaborative approach — you'll thrive on working closely with a job-share partner
Desirable:
- A track record of growing a domiciliary care service and winning new care packages
- Existing relationships with local commissioners and authorities
- Experience managing staffing budgets
