Homelessness Support Services Manager
Full Time | £34,125 per annum | Exmouth
Fixed-term contract to March 2029 (with potential extension)

Open Door Exmouth has supported local people for over 30 years. Today, we deliver a range of community-based services that help people facing homelessness, poverty, poor mental health, isolation and other complex challenges. Rooted in Christian values, we provide safe, welcoming and non-judgemental spaces where people can access practical support, build relationships and move forward with hope.
We are seeking an exceptional Homelessness Support Services Manager to lead and develop our growing homelessness and support services. This new senior leadership role has been created through the Government's Ending Homelessness in Communities Fund and will play a key role in establishing our new five-day Support Hub.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our homelessness and support services. You will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
- Mobilise and oversee the new Support Hub.
- Strengthen homelessness prevention and tenancy sustainment services.
- Lead safeguarding, quality assurance and service improvement.
- Develop effective partnerships across housing, health and community services.
- Use data and outcomes to evidence impact and improve service delivery.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and values-led leader with experience in homelessness, housing, social care, community support or a related field. You will have experience leading people and services, working in partnership with other organisations, and supporting individuals facing complex challenges.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
