Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy food distribution operation in the West London/ Heathrow area.
The role involves picking, packing, loading and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a physically active position with a significant amount of walking throughout the shift.
Key Duties
- Picking and packing food products
- Preparing orders for distribution
- Loading and moving goods within the warehouse
- Checking orders for accuracy
- General warehouse duties
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Keeping the working area clean and organised
Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to complete:
- 5-year employment/activity history checks
- DBS check
- Right to Work verification
- Pre-employment compliance checks
Candidates should also be:
- Comfortable with manual work and regular walking
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a busy warehouse environment
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience would be an advantage.
