Sales Executive
£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000+)
About the Role:
Are you ambitious, confident, and looking for a new uncapped commission role in sales? We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our energetic and supportive team. In this role, you’ll play a key part connecting with new business opportunities building relationships, opening doors, and helping us grow.
You'll receive hands-on training, one-to-one mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your efforts directly impact your earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to selected potential clients through our communication channels to introduce our services.
- Engage with key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and capture risk information for our experienced broking team.
- Build and nurture relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy speaking with people and making connections.
