Join Felix House School
We are looking for an ambitious KS3/KS4 Teacher to join our purpose-built SEMH school in Hull and become part of the growing Cascade team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people who may have faced significant barriers to learning.

What we're looking for
We're seeking an experienced teacher with a background in:
You'll also be confident teaching a broad curriculum, life skills and personal development.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Builds strong, positive relationships with young people.
- Understands and responds to SEMH and SEND needs.
- Has high expectations while recognising individual starting points.
- Can adapt and personalise learning.
- Is calm, consistent, creative and compassionate.
- Wants to be part of a team that genuinely changes lives.
Experience working within SEMH or SEND is essential.
QTS is essential.
Please note: this role is not suitable for ECTs.
What will you do?
You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt learning to meet individual needs, monitor progress and contribute to EHC and SEN support plans.
You'll work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to learn, grow and succeed.
Above all, you'll help create an environment where young people feel safe, respected, valued and able to achieve.
