We are building a passionate team to launch a modern, home-cooked menu using local freshly prepared ingredients.

As part of the team, you will play a key role in preparing, cooking, and delivering our new menu.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow organization
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen
- Assist with menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimize waste and control costs
- Provide hands-on support during busy service times, demonstrating culinary techniques and serving as a role model
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and promote ongoing training to develop skills and teamwork
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food serving and presentation
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
