Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Packaging and Finishing Operative to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing of branded products, finished to high quality standards, and prepared for dispatch. Duties
- Preparing items for finished item products - POV box assembly
- Finishing of packed products - Labelling/boxing/sachet pouch filling
- Inspect finished items for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging
- Prepare finished products ready for despatch
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the warehouse environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during all tasks
- Assist with inventory management by accurately labeling, sorting, and storing finished goods
Skills
- Good attention to detail to identify product defects or inconsistencies during finishing
- Ability to follow precise instructions and work efficiently within a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is key
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand, lift, and handle materials throughout shifts

Pay: £12.80 per hour
