Experienced Cleaner - Hertfordshire | Flexible Hours | Self-Employed
Optimex Clean Ltd is a growing cleaning company serving homes and businesses across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. We’re looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join us on a self-employed basis.
What the work involves:
Residential:
- Window cleaning
- Domestic cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Airbnb cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
Commercial:
- Office cleaning
- Window cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
Work is offered on a flexible basis and you are free to choose the type of jobs that suit you.
Essential:
- Proven experience in cleaning (domestic, commercial or both)
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Professional attitude when dealing with clients
- Adequate level of English to converse and engage with customers when necessary
- Own transport as you will need to travel between jobs
Desirable but not essential:
- Driving licence
- Own cleaning equipment
What we offer:
- £15-£20 per hour depending on the job
- Flexible hours, full time or part time, you decide
- Equipment and cleaning products can be provided if required
- Fully insured, work carried out under our public liability insurance
- Weekly pay
- Consistent work as our client base grows
About the area:
We operate across Hertfordshire. Applicants living in close proximity to any of the following areas are particularly encouraged to apply as the role can involve short local journeys between jobs:
- Harpenden
- Hatfield
- Hitchin
- Welwyn Garden City
- St Albans
- Stevenage

Important:
This is a self-employed role. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. You must be registered or willing to register as self-employed with HMRC.
