About the Role
This position involves picking and packing assembled devices within a quality-controlled manufacturing system for life-support equipment.
You will be part of a small, skilled team where precision matters more than speed.
Key Requirements
- Good literacy and numeracy, particularly for counting accurately
- Familiarity with everyday fittings is useful but not essential
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Competent with computers and technology for using the scanning system
No experience in medical devices is required — all skills will be trained on-site from start to finish. Even experience with our exact products is not an advantage, as everyone is fully trained regardless. Nobody joins us knowing our products. Medical gas equipment is a niche field, and everyone is trained here from scratch, whatever they arrive with. If you've never seen an MGPS component in your life, you are in exactly the same position as every other applicant.
Progression Path
This is not an entry-level job in the long term, but it’s an ideal opportunity for someone trainable to join our stores team and develop into a more skilled and trusted role.
The position sits within the Quality side of the business and will grow in scope as the team takes on an increasingly important role within the organisation.
