Duties

- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
- Upsell products and services effectively to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health standards.Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling with strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is highly desirable for versatile client service.
