We need a Branch Support Co-ordinator to work as part of our small team supporting STEP branches globally to raise their profile in local markets and support them administratively so that they can continually evolve and grow locally. Overview
We have over 100 Branches and Chapters across the world. All STEP members belong to a Branch or Chapter that provides professional development and networking at a local level. As the first point of contact for STEP`s global network of branches and the Branch Support Coordinator provides administrative, operational and member engagement support to STEP's global network of branches. Working closely with the Branch Support Executive, the role helps ensure Branch Chairs, committee members and regional administrators receive a timely, professional and consistent service.
The role is responsible for coordinating branch support activities, maintaining branch information and resources, supporting branch communications and events, and contributing to the continuous improvement of branch services, systems and processes.
Pay: £14.97 per hour
