Responsibilities
- Perform laser-based treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
- Assess clients’ skin types and conditions to recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring they understand the process and expected outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and any adverse reactions or observations
- Stay updated on the latest laser technology advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in laser therapy or related aesthetic treatments preferred
- Strong makeup application skills are a plus for integrated beauty services
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of skin anatomy, safety protocols, and hygiene standards necessary for laser treatments
