We are currently looking for a Packaging & Dispatch Operative to join our busy and expanding factory team.
This role is essential in ensuring our products are packaged correctly, protected properly, and sent out to customers on time and in perfect condition.
The Role:
You will be working at the end of the production process, preparing finished goods for dispatch. This includes packaging, labelling, and organising products ready for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging finished products to a high standard
- Preparing and organising orders for dispatch
- Labelling goods correctly
- Loading and unloading where required
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised
- Supporting the wider team when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or dispatch role preferred
- Hardworking and reliable with a good attitude
- Physically fit – this is a manual role on your feet all day
- Able to work at pace and stay organised
- A team player who gets stuck in
