We are currently recruiting for a conveyancing assistant, or paralegal (dependent on experience), in our conveyancing department. The position will be based in our Porth office, although may be required to cover at other offices.
GGP Law is a Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited firm. Our Conveyancing Department has an excellent reputation for client care and expertise. There may also be opportunities for further development in the firm, subject to the successful candidate’s performance and desire to progress.
As a Paralegal you will be able to provide more specialist support, be confident managing the conveyancing process and liaising with clients and stakeholders on a timely basis. You will need to be a good organiser, great communicator, approachable and enjoy networking. We are looking for someone who can help to build the new Porth office using their knowledge, expertise and skills.
You will also provide a range of administrative support and be a key player in driving the success of the conveyancing department (and wider GGP services) at the new Porth Office. You will be proactive and positive in your approach and enable the team to work at optimum efficiency. You will develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients, other stakeholders and local businesses relevant to the role you undertake. You will adhere to the strict confidentiality requirements associated with the role and ensure files are opened and closed compliantly.
